
I’m Jessica, and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor/psychotherapist.
I work with adults who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing. I work with people who are suffering specific difficulties, and people who would like to understand themselves better, and who would like to improve their lives.
I work with clients all over the UK, as I am based in Edinburgh but work exclusively online.
I offer a safe space to talk about what is going on. I can help with anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationships, workplace stress, neurodivergence, gender identity and difficult feelings.
